About our Warehouse Team
The team is responsible for various type of Gideon inventory (i.e. Production, R&D, spare parts and finished products). The team controls the entry of goods, monitors the allocation of parts and components to specific projects, and prepares goods for the production of robots and subcomponents on a weekly basis.
Your characteristics:
- interest in the logistics field
- proactivity and conscientiousness in maintaining the work environment
- previous experience in similar roles is desirable, but not mandatory
- ability to work full-time (with flexibility depending on student commitments)
- valid driver's license (category B)
- excellent English skills, especially in writing
Responsibilities we'll trust you with:
- receiving, issuing goods, and creating orders
- keeping records of incoming and outgoing goods with the support of a mentor
- issuing goods to internal teams for various purposes
- preparing packages for shipment and monitoring inventory levels
- procuring IT equipment according to requirements
- providing support for protective equipment and vehicles (maintenance, technical inspections, etc.)
