Role Overview
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to build and run the operational backbone of our GTM engine in a high-growth robotics environment. You will design the systems, processes, and workflows that enable Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to operate with consistency, predictability, and scale.
Your work will shape how accurately we forecast, how fast deals move, how smoothly teams collaborate, and how efficiently we grow. This is a foundational role that will create structure across the GTM organization and unlock our next stage of revenue growth.
You will report directly to Gideon’s Chief Commercial Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM Process, Pipeline, and Forecasting
- Design and maintain GTM processes across Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, and CS to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability
- Define pipeline stages, qualification criteria (MQL → SAL → SQL), and forecasting methodology for accurate, predictable revenue visibility
- Run the revenue operating cadence, including weekly pipeline reviews, monthly funnel analysis, and quarterly business reviews
- Serve as the first layer of deal governance, reviewing opportunities for completeness, pricing validation, and adherence to commercial guardrails
Systems, Data, and Automation
- Own Salesforce hygiene and data integrity, including automation, validation rules, and reporting structure
- Manage lead routing and lead scoring workflows to ensure smooth handoffs from Marketing → Inside Sales → Sales
- Build and maintain dashboards for funnel performance, win rates, cycle times, pipeline velocity, CAC, and forecast accuracy
- Identify process breakdowns or bottlenecks, and implement system and workflow improvements to increase funnel velocity
Enablement, Handoffs, and Cross-Functional Alignment
- Support Sales onboarding and enablement, maintaining playbooks, templates, and training resources
- Own the Sales → CS handoff process, ensuring readiness, accurate documentation, and consistent deployment transitions
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Marketing, Engineering, and Product to align processes and operational requirements across the GTM engine
Your area of expertise:
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations (B2B preferred)
- Strong command of Salesforce (admin-level experience a plus)
- Experience supporting Sales organizations with forecasting, deal desk, or pipeline management
- Background in building scalable, repeatable GTM processes
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in reporting and dashboards
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and drive process adoption without direct authority
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can build structure from scratch
Nice to have:
- Experience in enterprise software, robotics, automation, or industrial tech
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and inbound/outbound funnel optimization
- Exposure to Inside Sales/SDR operations and handoff workflows
