 About the role

As an Office & HR Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations by managing supplies, administrative tasks, and workplace safety. You will coordinate travel arrangements, organize events, and prepare meeting rooms. In HR, your role will include attracting and hiring top talent, maintaining HR administration, and fostering a positive work environment to support employee development and retention.


Responsibilities we’ll trust you with:
    • monitoring and ordering office supplies
    • managing various administrative tasks (archives, mail, employee administration etc.)
    • overseeing and ensuring Occupational Safety within the organization
    • travel organization (accommodation, transportation, travel orders, etc.)
    • planning and executing internal or external events and activities
    • arranging conference rooms for meetings
    • attracting and hiring top talents for the company
    • maintaining HR administration and data
    • building positive working evironment to boost talent attraction, as well as development and retention of existing employees
Your profile:
    • Bachelor's degree in a business, social field or equivalent work experience (preferably in psychology)
    • +1 year of relevant experience
    • minimum availability of 25 hours per week
    • the right to work under a student contract for at least 6 months
    • strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • interest in working in a dynamic, fast-paced and innovative robotic industry
Bonus points:
    • students in their final years of study due to the potential for greater availability
