 About our Legal & Compliance

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and safeguarding our company’s legal and compliance landscape as we grow. Working hand-in-hand with leadership and business teams, you’ll provide practical legal guidance, manage risk, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You’ll turn complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable policies, processes, and training, all while championing ethical conduct, data protection, workplace safety, and ESG standards—in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where your impact really matters.

Responsibilities we’ll trust you with:


    • Review, draft, negotiate commercial and all other contracts and legal documents
    • Provide practical legal guidance to business teams
    • Manage cooperation with external legal advisors
    • Maintain organized legal documentation and archives
    • Monitor relevant legislation (EU/US/other) and ensure company-wide compliance
    • Develop and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls
    • Support regulatory reporting, internal audits, and risk assessments
    • Own and drive the company’s health and safety compliance framework, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, and corrective actions
    • Ensure alignment with applicable workplace safety laws and standards across all sites
    • Advise on GDPR and other data protection requirements
    • Build and develop the company’s ESG framework, including sustainability initiatives, social responsibility practices, and governance standards
    • Promote ethical conduct and responsible business practices throughout the organization
    • Partner with leadership and teams on legal strategy, compliance, and risk mitigation
    • Deliver training and guidance on legal and compliance topics


Your area of expertise:  
 
    • Master's degree in legal studies
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with focus on legal and business language
    • Broad, hands-on legal expertise across core corporate, commercial, employment, compliance, and risk areas, enabling independent decision-making in a dynamic, international environment
    • Understanding of international legal systems, with a focus on Europe and United States
    • Analytical skills and attention to details
