Role Overview


Previously, 85% of our pipeline generation was referral based within our networks. We introduced an Inside Sales function that focuses on the tip of the spear within the sales process: researching potential targets and determining Ideal Customer Profile fit, creating tailored content and delivering it to potential customers and working to secure discovery meetings with our Field Team . This new approach has already proven to be highly successful, and we are adding to our Inside Sales team roster in 2025. 


Inside Sales will drive Gideon market awareness and build sales momentum in underdeveloped accounts by setting on-site meetings for our field team with decision makers. As an ISR, you will focus on building and executing a methodical prospecting strategy with the broader Sales Team: Field Sales & Application Engineering.


We believe that by growing a strong Inside Sales organization, we can increase the amount of new business revenue dramatically, and we're looking for someone excited to help drive that effort.

    • figure out the best levers to pull to generate more leads and revenue
    • make us feel silly for not hiring someone like you sooner

    • you’re competitive, proactive, curious and love to learn. People with these attributes combined with our best-in-class Inside Sales process & messaging is what we consider to be our “secret sauce”
    • you've done this sort of thing before. We want to hire someone who's already had proven success with prospecting and lead generation
    • you're passionate about what you do, and you’re excited by the idea of growing awareness about robotics and elevating People within their roles
