 About the role

As we scale our commercial operations, we’re looking for a Growth and Marketing Specialist —a hybrid role ideal for someone energized by both customer outreach and creative storytelling. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a fast-growing team and help shape how Gideon communicates with the market. 

As a Growth and Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. Your time will be split between two core areas: 

  • Growth & Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and connect with high-potential prospects. 
  • Marketing Enablement: Develop compelling content and materials that support the commercial team and amplify our value proposition. 

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, working across disciplines to help us attract and convert top-tier customers.

Responsibilities we’ll trust you with:


Growth & Lead Generation (50%) 

    • Be the engine that drives awareness and opens doors to new business.
      • Spot high-value opportunities: Research and target strategic accounts across logistics, manufacturing, and robotics.
      • Launch smart outreach: Execute campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and the occasional cold call.
      • Kick off conversations: Book meetings for the Sales team and support early-stage lead nurturing.
      • Keep us sharp: Track activity and performance in Salesforce, and continuously optimize.
      • Shape the playbook: Work with Sales leadership to test messaging, refine ICPs, and unlock new channels.

Marketing Enablement (50%)

    • Help us tell our story in a way that sticks and scales.
      • Craft killer content: Build and update pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and event materials
      • Turn features into value: Translate technical details into compelling customer benefits
      • Own the look & feel: Support trade shows and events with clear, on-brand content and visuals
      • Keep it tight: Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all assets

Your area of expertise:  


    • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or a hybrid growth role — bonus points for experience in tech, robotics, or logistics!
    • Outstanding communicator — both written and visually. You know how to craft a message that resonates
    • Proficient in design tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or the Adobe Creative Suite
    • CRM savvy (Salesforce or similar) — you’re familiar with tracking and optimizing outreach
    • Outbound pro — you’re comfortable crafting messages that grab attention and get results
    • Self-starter with the ability to organize, prioritize, and experiment with new approaches
    • A collaborator at heart, always curious and comfortable working across teams


Nice to Have:
      • Background in automation, robotics, or logistics/supply chain industries 
      • Experience supporting or attending industry trade shows or B2B events
      • Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of sales and marketing analytics
