About our the position
Are you ready to shape the future of IT infrastructure and security for a growing organization? We’re looking for a visionary leader to drive our long-term strategy — ensuring our technology scales with our business, enhances operational efficiency, and supports innovation.
In this role, you’ll take the helm of our infrastructure and security team, overseeing everything from strategic planning and hands-on implementation to ongoing optimization. Your leadership will ensure our systems are robust, secure, and future-ready.
Responsibilities we’ll trust you with:
- Develop and execute a long-term IT infrastructure strategy that supports growth, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate the implementation of IT solutions for efficient deployments of automation robotic systems.
- Lead IT solution deployment for robotic system automation, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems for performance, security, and scalability.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, driving integration and continuous optimization of cloud services.
- Ensure infrastructure meets security standards, data protection regulations, and company policies.
- Own and manage the infrastructure budget, negotiating cost-effective contracts for services, equipment, and software.
- Communicate infrastructure performance, risks, and progress to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Lead and develop the infrastructure team, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to anticipate issues, identify dependencies, and drive seamless infrastructure integration.
Your area of expertise:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, and Data Centers
- Experience with writing production Software (C++, Python, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Python, Go or Java
- Strong UNIX/Linux background and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with automation tools and configuration management (Ansible,· Terraform, Salt (SaltStack), OpenShift, CloudFormation, Rancher, Networking knowledge, Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PostgreSQL, ELK (Elasticsearch), Tomcat...)
- Experience with containerization technology (Docker, k8s, libvirt)
- Knowledge of shell scripting languages.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
