Responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

    • manage office supplies, workplace resources, vendors, facility management partners, and service providers
    • provide operational support for internal and external events, meetings, customer visits, and company activities
    • manage end-to-end business travel logistics, including accommodation, transportation, travel orders, documentation, and employee support
    • manage company vehicle fleet, including leasing, usage, maintenance, registration, insurance, fuel cards, documentation, costs, and vendor communication
    • coordinate day-to-day work safety activities on an operational level, in cooperation with Legal, external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
    • provide administrative support to Management and customer-facing teams, including customer/vendor setup forms, certificates, audit support, and standard documentation, in alignment with Legal, People, IT, Finance, and other supporting teams
    • act as trusted operational partner to internal stakeholders by understanding their needs and providing timely, professional, and high-quality support
    • own, design, document, and continuously improve tools and processes within the Business Operations area
    • proactively explore AI-enabled tools and automation opportunities to increase productivity, reduce repetitive work, and improve how operations are run
    • track relevant operational costs, documentation, records, and reports in cooperation with Finance and Management

Your area of expertise:
    • 5+ years of experience in business operations, office operations, workplace operations, facilities management, administration, business support, or a similar role
    • experience working in a growing, fast-changing environment
    • self-driven, proactive, and highly reliable person who takes ownership and works independently
    • strong service mindset and ability to understand internal stakeholder needs and provide excellent support
    • excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to align across different teams, functions, and seniority levels
    • experience working with international teams or stakeholders is a strong plus
    • excellent written and spoken English; Croatian fluency is expected for local office, vendor, and work safety coordination
    • strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation, deadlines, vendors, and operational processes accurately
    • flexible, practical, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
    • comfortable using digital tools and open to applying AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual work

You’ll be successful in this role if you:
    • create a smooth, reliable, and well-organized operating environment for our Croatian offices
    • build trust with internal stakeholders through responsiveness, ownership, and high-quality support
    • improve tools and processes instead of only maintaining existing ways of working
