Assembly Technician - Croatia

About us

Gideon builds autonomous forklifts for the hardest jobs in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. Our flagship product, Trey, is already live in real warehouses — doing the heavy, labor-intensive work that is increasingly hard to staff and costly to get wrong. We're backed by Koch Disruptive Technologies, Toyota, and Prologis: the investors who know this industry best are the ones betting on us.

We're 100+ exceptional people across Croatia and the US — engineers, operators, and builders from all walks of life, united by team spirit, a drive to keep learning, and genuine curiosity. Together, we design and deploy robots that make some of the world's most demanding environments safer, more efficient, and more scalable. We've built strong relationships with major enterprise customers and proven the value our technology delivers. Now we're ready to turn that foundation into repeatable, multi-site growth — and we're just getting started.
